Aerobics InfluencesAerobics is a system of exercises that improves our health and in particulary, heart' s functions, blood vessels and lungs .The anatomico physiological changes that result from here are: because of the stengthening of the thoracic muscles, breathing is much better, the air entrance and exit, in and out of the lungs beeing more easier .While exerciseing the body needs a larger amount of oxygen to produce energy and to eliminate the noxious substances. During the dynamic effort's effectuation by aerobic, cardiac muscles get fortifiyed, and their force and capacity to pump the blood get's bether. With every heart beat, a strong cardiac muscle pumps a plus of blood, that decreases the number of beats per minute ,thing that, would be extremely difficult to realize for a tired heart. Every growth facilitated a faster transport of oxygen to the lungs, to the heart, and then, to all the body parts. Aerobics fortifyies the muscles, by increasing the number of miofibrils, cleans the blood vessels and decreases the amount of cholesterol, thus, reducing heart overcharge. Blood circulation is very important ,number of red blood cells and the amount of haemoglobin grows .In this way, the blood can distribute the oxygen efficiently. Aerobics has a good influence over all organs, improving the blood circulation and supplying with oxygen the healthy and the diseased tissues, increasing the muscular force and tonus, adjusting the thickness of the adipose tissue from the body.
