Daily Routine Program

Making a schedule and respecting it, as correct as possible, is helpful in maintaining a health and beauty program. Stick this program on your bathroom's door or in any other place so that you see it every day. Even if nobody can strictly respect this diagram, it will remind you that you're, however, an important person and you deserve to be kind with yourself. Here is an example of daily scheme, that may fit with a working woman' s or man's schedule:

7 - Waking up and stretching exercises

7.05 - Body shapping exercises

7.25 - Breakfast. If time allows you, enjoy it. If not, make yourself an instant preparate and drink it slowly.

7.35 - Washing and brushing teeth, prepairing for work.

8.15 - Leaving to work

8.30 - 10.30 - Work

10.30 - Energizing break ( yeast and juice ). Some stretch oneself exercises.

10.45 - 12.00 - Work

12.00 - Lunch. Eat with pleasure. Do not hurry. If time allows you, go out for a walk. Do not skip lunch. If you are burried in work and you don't have time for lunch, eat an instant preparate, with rare mouthfuls.

12.30 -14.30 - Work

14.30 - Energizing break. A few minutes of stretch oneself exercises.

14.45 - 17.00 - Work

17.30 - Home. Reserve some minutes for a relaxe method. Breathe deeply, for the release of tensions.

18.00 - Prepaire and consume the main dinner of the day, with pleasure and without hurry. Spend your evening doing something that make you pleasure.Forget the day tensions and try to stop totally your engines. Life is too short to take it so seriously.

Before bed time, remind the skin care program, including powder nonfat milk in the bath water and body lotion. Use exfoliating products for skin and put balsam on your hair. Drink slowly a cup of camomile tea or a hot milk cup, right before falling asleep, if you wish...sweet dreams.

Weekly caring program

Spend an evening taking care of yourself. Do not let anything intervene on this ritual. Your friends and family will feel more happier because you'll be more content of yourself, knowing you look and feel as good as you want.

  • Steam your face
  • Apply a mask
  • Do your manicure
  • Treat your hair with masks or balsam
  • Repair the clothes you wore during the week. Arrange your wardrobe for the next week, iron the clothes you will wear.
  • Experience new technics and make-up colours. Keep yourself away from the trend. Being in fashion, with strictness, is the fastest way of looking old.

If you think that an evening per week is too much for your overloaded program, try counting the hours you spent in the past, trying to do hurried preparations, in the last moment, becoming angry and excited. This evening, well organised will save you from many hours on a long term. Make of it an important part of your week.

Travelings

It isn't something unusual anymore that business women or men spend lot of time traveling. This program can be easily adapted to a person scheme who travels, and it doesn't exists any excuse to elude from the caring out of this simple suggestions:

  • Calculate the supliments of vitamins which you will need and take with you the pils in a very good closed box, which you can have it in the bag. Lot of pharmacy sell this kind of tight box.
  • Measure the quantity of yeast which you need and put it in a plastic bag sealed up, with a teaspoon.
  • Put in your bag some boxes of grapefruit juice without sugar or light sodium. They are little and easy. Calculate 2 for each daily break of beauty.
  • If you like to have an instantly breakfast early, in the morning, take a plastic jar. Pack the powder nonfat milk in the same way as the yeast. Order orange or apple juice and a raw egg from room service. Combinate them with the powder milk, mix them well, shaking the jar, and the breakfast is ready.
  • Don't drink alcohol during the week and do from this a rule to respect compulsory.
  • Once arrived in a new town, find out where you can have nourishing food. If you don't have time for this, choose only the food good for health and beauty, from any restaurant and eat them - be very specificated and explicit when you say your preferences.
  • Make planes on respecting your physical exercises, first thing on each morning and don't let something to interfere in the time you alocated for this.
  • Bring big plastic recipientes with powder nonfat milk, a mask and freshing non alergic products, vaseline. Vaseline and the nonfat milk can be use to soften body skin and also face skin. Don't forget a mirror for travels. A make- up box, small and cheap, will help you to carry your skin care products.
  • Do your relaxing breaks on the way you stop your engines, on the evening. The travel itself is a stress for organism. Don't neglect your weekly health and beauty program. Put it on scheme before you live and you'll enjoy the calm offered by the planed things.

Family and friends:

This program is destinated to become a second nature for you, and your family and friends will soon become aware to the new positive attitude that you have.You will become an example of health and beauty and you won't be surprised if they ask you tell them too the secrets. Be generous! Tell them about this program when they ask, but never oblige them use it!

Can be fun teaching your family about nutrition, physical exercises, skin care, body position and relaxing. Teenagers, particularly, are having a good reaction at this program. At one point in their life, when they become conscious and undecides, learning how to look and feel good, can offer them self-confidence. Include, also, the men in your program, if they show intrested on this. They suffer more than women of the bad food effects and bad customes. Leave your partner to understand that the way he looks is as important for you as the way you looks is important for him. There are chances that his vanity starts to grow with this occasion and he'll join in your attempt to have a better health and beauty.

Don't let you be seduced by the bad influence of your friends. Refuse a doughnut with sugar or a drink with '' no, thank you '' politly and a smile. Don't offer explications and sorries, you'll be admire most for your good will. When you have lunch to a friend and she cooked the dish witch contravene with your program, stay, with tact, consistent to your diet.
