Daily Routine ProgramMaking a schedule and respecting it, as correct as possible, is helpful in maintaining a health and beauty program. Breathe deeply, for the release of tensions. 18.00 - Prepaire and consume the main dinner of the day, with pleasure and without hurry. Spend your evening doing something that make you pleasure.Forget the day tensions and try to stop totally your engines. Life is too short to take it so seriously. Before bed time, remind the skin care program, including powder nonfat milk in the bath water and body lotion. Use exfoliating products for skin and put balsam on your hair. Drink slowly a cup of camomile tea or a hot milk cup, right before falling asleep, if you wish...sweet dreams. Weekly caring programSpend an evening taking care of yourself.
