I.P.: Standing:

1.Walk and run. Perform 8 steps as in a normal walk, then another 8 by alternatively lifting the foreleg. It can be performed in standing position or moving, and it should be repeated 4 - 6 times;

2.Afterwards, it should be performed by running slowly.

Repeating the whole exercise with the other leg, too.
