I.P.: Standing with the legs together, with the palms on the floor ( 1 meter between hands and legs ):

1-8.roll the sole from the tiptoes to heal ( free anklework )

Alternatively with:

1-8.lift up on the tiptoes with the legs together

( 4 x 8 )
