I.P.:Standing with the legs apart:

1 - 2. stretch and arch back with arms stretch upward

3 - 4. bend the trunk forward with arches to the lift left leg with right arm

5 - 6. repeat # 1 - 2

7 - 8. repeat the movement # 3 - 4 to the other side, reversing arms
