ex. with left leg

 

I.P.: Lying left side with legs stretched, left arm stretched on the floor and right palm placed forward:

1. swinging the right leg stretched upward

2. return to i.p.

3 - 8. repeat the same movement # 1-2

Repeat whole exercise with left leg
