I.P.: Backward lying, stretch arms to the side with palms down:
1. lifting the left leg up at 90* 2. return to i.p. 3 - 8. repeat the same movement # 1-2 with left leg
1. lifting the left leg up at 90*
2. return to i.p.
3 - 8. repeat the same movement # 1-2 with left leg
Repeat # 1-8 with right leg.
All the time keep the back and unswinging leg on the floor.
