I.P.: Sitting with the legs stretched and apart, the back straight: 1 - 2.swing the arms stretched forward- up with arches 3 - 4. lean the trunk forward ( with arches ) by touching the floor with the fingertips 5 - 6. lean and twist the trunk to the left side ( with arches ) by touching the left ankle with the fingertips 7 - 8. the same movement # 5 - 6 on the right side ( 3 x 8 ) |
