I.P.: Astride with the arms stretched on the side:

1.swing right leg towards left arm

2.return to i.p.

3.bend forward from the waist and touch the toes with the fingers

4.return to i.p.

5-8.repeat the same movements in the oposite direction, swinging the other leg

All the time the legs are stretched

( 2 x 8 )
