I.P.: Standing with the legs together, hands on the hips:

1-4.jump up on the tiptoes, keeping the feet together

5-8.jump on the right leg and bend the left knee up to the chest

Repeat the whole exercise, bending and pulling the right knee ( as #5-8 )

The execution is performed with a constant interruption between the steps.
