Stress problem

Debates about your healthy are incomplete without resolving stress problem.Stress means any external or internal influence that has an effect on the correct functioning of body. Stress is the automatic response in the body, activated by adrenaline and other stress hormones, which stimulate a variety of physiological changes. Stress is the state of increased arousal necessary for an organism to defend itself when faced with danger. Whenever we feel tired, tense, anxious or depressed, we are undergoing stress.

Causes of stress are multiple and can be divided into two categories: external and internal.

External causes: physical environment ( noise, bright lights, heat ), life events ( lost job, death of a relative, new born child ).

Internal stressors: lifestyle choices ( caffeine, alcohol, not enough sleep, overloaded schedule ), pessimistic yhinking, unrealistic expectations.

Excessive stress can have injurious effect on physical and spiritual health. Stress can be physic and psychic and it's causes of the bad state, like: headache, sleeplessness, itching, hair falling, digestive and excretion trouble, ulcer, depressions and other more seriouse. Lot of doctors think that stress is the cause of 80% from the illness, including cancer. There are many illness caused by stress, specially at women who work, because they are suffering by the depressions from the" mens world ". Some of the problems that can appear are: infarct, high blood pressure and brain congestion.

There is no single level of stress that is optimal for all people. Everyone is different: what is distressing to one person may be a joy to another. Some individuals are more sensitive to stress than others. The stress response is controlled by the endocrine system, which regulares various body functions, including immune system, growth, metabolism and stress tolerance.

Relaxation is necessary for the nice looking. In the past, the relax represented just a little part of it. But now, people say that is very important to build your healthy and beauty on relax. Stress can not be eliminated totally from our lives. A factor that causes stress can be each situation that skare us and produce us problems. Sometimes, this situation make us being motivated. Stress becomes a problem when we can't control it. But stress control doesn't mean to depositated it in our minds.

We live in a society which is always in competition, often negative. As child, lots of us think that are not enough good, beautiful, rich or inteligent. By media we are faced with examples about beauty, inteligence and morality and being skared that we'll not realised those standards; we start to feel unfits, beats by others and jealous... and it's normal. Other wise to accept us and to be proud of us, we want to be perfects, or we give up, adopting mediocre physical and emotional habits, at which we become slaves. Skare and insecurity about the personal value product a big tension.

Unfits feeling are manifesting or with inferiority complex, or superiority, bouth stopping to understand other and be glad by them.Some of us have regret feelings for what we don't own. The more we want for the future, the less we are satisfied in present. Tension appears when we refuse to accept what realy exists. Only when we realise that we have too many wishes and too many options - from which, in fact, many must remain unfulfilled -we can concentrate on what is possible in our life and act in consequence. Most of us were involuntary victims of tensions. Now we have the strength to change this state, once and for ever.

Remedial action falls into three main categories:

  1. change your lifestyle
  2. change your thinking
  3. change your behaviour

1. Sedentary lifestyle has been shown to be unhealthy. Many people are so busy that they find it difficult to make time for exercise while gadgets in the home allow us to be more idle than at any time in the past. People who live in societies where hard physical work has to be carried out just to obtain food and to sustain life on a daily basis are very seldom overweight or obese. If people adopt unproper diet and lifestyle, their risk of obesity and associated illness, increases.The most important aspect for any individual wishing to lose weight is to appreciate the impact that lifestyle may be having and to look at ways in which increased physical activity can be worked into the daily routine.

Experts agree that a well-balanced diet is important in preserving health and reduceing stress. Some foods and drinks act as quite powerful stimulants to body and so are a direct cause of stress: caffeine, alcohol, smoking, salt, sugar, fats. As part of a balanced diet, some foods will encourage fitness and energy, support the immune system, improve circulation and promote calm and well-being: whole grains are a source of vitamins and minerals that improve stress tolerance; beans and fresh fruit and vegetables, which are an excellent source of essential vitamins.

Exercises have a great importance in managing stress: reduces headaches, improves sleep, helps concentration, increases wellbeing, improves circulation and maintain lowers blood pressure. Also, it helps to control weight and improves self-image and appearance; helps to clear mind, encourages creativity.

An important thing for eliminate unwanted stress in our lives is to optimise balance between work and leisure: the less leisure, the more stress.

2.We must have positive thinking and accept that there are many ways of seeing the same thing.

3. Stressful environments are minimised when you impose a form of structure: it helps against problems that appear. If you keep control over what you are doing, you have less stress. Try to relax and laugh: it gives you a break and a chance for your stress level to decrease.
